How to interpret this record

Targeted SMS & Email Sending Services

A useful public record has an identity, a scope and a source. Research becomes more reliable when those elements travel with the number or statement being discussed.

Write down the claim first

Identify exactly what you want to know: who holds an office, whether someone appears on a ballot, what a committee reported spending, or how a member voted on a question. Each claim calls for a different source. A biography, a campaign website and a financial report can all be useful without answering the same question.

Keep identity, scope and date together

Record the entity identifier, jurisdiction, election or reporting period and source publication. These details prevent a correct fact from being attached to the wrong person, place or time. A name-only match can be misleading, especially when campaigns or institutions have changed names or when a person has sought several offices.

Targeted SMS & email

One coordinated plan for SMS and email.

Bring your message, timeline and a permissioned contact list. We help scope SMS and email delivery together, with the sending volume, approvals and reporting agreed before launch.

Request a scoped quote

Custom quote. Availability and deliverables confirmed before work begins.

What we scope togetherA written sending plan, not a bundle of undefined credits.
The working brief

What your quote should cover.

Confirm what is included, what is not and who approves it.

01

SMS and email together

The service pairs each SMS send with one included email send. Confirm contact availability, delivery eligibility and the final sending scope in your quote.

02

List and permission review

Establish where the list came from, what permission supports each channel and how existing opt-outs are suppressed. Data-sourcing requests require a separate scope review.

03

Message and sender setup

Agree message length, sender identity, email assets, approval owners and any provider registration requirements before scheduling.

04

Delivery measurement

Specify which delivery, failure and unsubscribe measures will be available. A send is not proof that a person read a message or took action.

From inquiry to scope

A clear path forward.

  1. Define the send

Outline channels, volume, timing and list readiness without emailing personal contact records.

  2. Confirm the controls

Review sender setup, permissions, suppression rules, message segments and written pricing.

  3. Approve before launch

The agreed message and schedule go through your approval before sending; reporting follows the confirmed scope.

Before you commit

Your questions, answered.

Is this priced in credits or sends?

This is a targeted-send service, not a general credit balance. Your written quote defines sending volume, message segments, included email sends and any additional setup or data work.

Can I send to any purchased list?

No automatic approval is implied. List origin, applicable permission, suppression requirements and provider policies must be reviewed before a send is agreed. Do not email us raw contact lists.

What should I measure after a send?

Separate attempted sends, delivery confirmations, failures and opt-outs. Opens or clicks, where available, are different measures. None is a verified count of unique people persuaded or votes generated.
